groupe hôtelier de 4* situé sur l'île de Crète en Grèce. Dans le but de renforcer ses équipes et de satisfaire sa clientèle internationale vous intégrerez le département Réception/Relations Publiques et aurez comme principales missions:

- Recevoir physiquement la clientèle internationale de l'hôtel dans de but d'effectuer les check in/check out et de les suivre durant la durée de leur séjour
- Organisation des entrées et sorties (Check in / Check out)
- Gestion des formalités administratives
- Planification des réservations
- Prise en charge des appels téléphoniques et du courrier
- Contrôle qualité

Objectifs du stage
- Pratique des langues étrangères
- Apprentissage du travail en équipe
- Apprendre à interagir avec une clientèle internationale
- Comprendre le fonctionnement des différents départements d'un hôtel de luxe
- Évoluer dans un environnement international

Conditions du stage
- Logement à partager et offert par l'hôtel
- 3 repas/par jour offerts
- Rémunération de 350 euros / mois

Notre client est un important groupe hôtelier présent dans 2 pays : la France et l’Espagne.
Il regroupe 12 hôtels et 3 restaurants.
Notre client recherche toute l’année des profils variés qui souhaitent découvrir ou se perfectionner dans les secteurs de la restauration et de l’hôtellerie. (Réceptionnistes, comptable, serveurs et cuisiniers).

Pour le mois d'avril pour ses hôtels en Espagne (3 étoiles) il recherche un stagiaire en Marketing/Commercial/Event.

Vous serez :

Accompagné par un tuteur désigné tout au long de votre stage
Formé sur l’ensemble de vos tâches

Missions :

- Gestion des mises en place des salles de réunion
- Accueil et accompagnement des clients sur place
- Identifier et prospecter de nouveaux clients par mail et par téléphone
- Fidéliser et animer la clientèle existante
- Tenir la base de données clients de l'hôtel à jour
- Assister à la création de supports commerciaux
- Assister au démarchage externe

Responsibilities
